BUS403 – Group Dynamics examines the behavior of individuals in group settings and how groups function within organizations. The course covers group formation, roles, norms, communication patterns, leadership, decision-making, conflict, and team performance. Students explore both formal and informal group structures.

Interactive activities such as simulations and group projects provide firsthand experience in managing group processes and dynamics. By understanding how groups influence individual and organizational behavior, students are better equipped to build effective teams and lead collaborative initiatives.
