BUS427 – Business Policy and Strategy introduces students to the formulation and implementation of business strategies. It explores strategic analysis tools such as SWOT, PESTEL, and Porter’s Five Forces, as well as competitive advantage, corporate governance, and strategic leadership. Students learn how to align internal capabilities with external opportunities.
Case studies and strategic simulations allow students to apply theoretical models to real-world business scenarios. The course culminates in the development of a comprehensive strategic plan, preparing students to think like senior executives and manage business growth.
